ACCESSORIES
Your shelter can be configured to your requirements with a
number of accessories.
End
walls - Shelters may be open on one or both ends, or partially
or fully enclosed using end walls and steel support frames.
Fully
or Partially Enclosed - Many warm climate applications
feature shelters in which the fabric stops 6'-8' above ground,
providing maximum ventilation.
Interior
Partitions - Shelters may be equipped with partitions
to create separate work areas. Partitions can be fitted with
doors and other through openings.
Doors
- There are literally dozens of door openings available.
They include:
- Personnel
- 36" wide by 80" high. Metal door and frame complete
with window and locking handset. Wind rated.
- Metal
Roll-up - often the best solution for doors that will
be opened and closed frequently. Up to 70 feet wide and
30 feet high high. Available with manual or powered operators.
Wind rated.
- Fabric
Roll-up - Roll-Seal
Doors- are an economical solution for doorways up to 12
feet wide by 12 feet high. Manual or powered operators.
Wind Rated
- Para-Port
Doors - Widths
to 100 feet, heights to 50 feet. Powered operators. Wind
Rated
- Metal
Pivoting Door - Up
75 feet wide and 20 feet high. Hydraullicly operated door
which pivots at the top header and provides a canopy over
the doorway when open. Wind Rated
- Accordion
Fold Door - Fabric door which opens vertically with
a manual operator. An inexpensive alternative for larger
openings. This door must be attached to multiple anchor
points across the bottom of the doorway when closed. No
wind rating.
- Zipper
Doors - Inexpensive alterative for small to medium size
openings which are used occasionally. No wind rating.
Wheels
- Wheels can be added to make your shelter mobile. Wheels
range from steel wheels for track systems to pneumatic wheels
with casters. Shelters may also be equipped with lifting lugs
for movement by crane.
Ventilation - Frames for ventilation fans and intake
louvers can be built into any shelter.
Lighting
- UL-approved lighting and wiring packages meet any requirements.
The lighting is connected using a UL-approved wiring system
that can be field installed without professional help. We
can specify the lighting system or design one to your lumen
requirements.
Lightning
Protection - The Preventor System provides lightning protection.
This system is used by the U.S. Air Force to protect jet fighters
on their flight lines.
