USED SHELTER FOR SALE

112’Wide x 100’Long x 38’ High with 18’ sidewalls

Gable Style shelter with frame of heavy duty 4in. square galvanized steel tubing fabricated into 36in. deep truss ribs on 16.67ft. centers with 20oz. heavy duty vinyl fabric reinforced with polyester cord scrim. Provided with a self-cleaning PVDF resin coating to enhance fire, UV and chemical aging resistance, this white translucent fabric has a 15± year life expectancy. Fabric currently extends 10' down the sidewalls. Sidewalls and overall height may be extended to a 25' sidewall with overall height of 45' at no additional cost. Fabric to the ground and/or endwalls may be added at for an additional charge.

This building was purchased by Petty Construction Co., LLC for a project in Nashville, TN. The shelter was used for the restoration of a water treatment plant, which is on the National Historic Register. The shelter protected the interior of this historic structure while the roof was restored. The project was done in 3 phases, and the shelter was moved twice to cover different parts of the building.

The building cost new was $140,000.
